 We went and picked strawberries at my mom and dad's.  Lu was in heaven.  She would follow the bowl wherever it was and eat strawberry after strawberry.  She kept saying, "Mmm."  It was pretty cute and she was a sticky strawberry mess by the end of it!  She had juice dripping off her chin and down her front!

True picked strawberries for about 3 minutes and then he wanted to go play.  Ava picked the whole time, she seemed to enjoy it.  We will have to go back and do it again!

 We went to the zoo on this rainy, rainy Wednesday.  It rained pretty much the entire time we were at the zoo.  We ran from building to building.  As we drove home, the rain stopped and now it's been dry the last couple hours.  Of course!  My mom and grandpa came with us, it was still a good trip.

We pretty much had all the exhibits to ourselves.  The orangutan's building was the most crowded.  They were pretty neat to see.  So, even though we got soaked, it was a good time!

 Tonight the kids found snails and were messing around with them.  They decided to try and race them like Turbo!  They were pretty brave picking them up and moving them all over.  Lu even picked one up!  Eww!

True let this one crawl on him.  I made him take a bath to get the snail snot off him!

What happens when True goes to a babysitter and doesn't take a nap!  He fell asleep watching a show and was a total GROUCH the rest of the evening.  Moral of the story:  True still needs a nap!

We got to visit with some friends last night!  Ava and Audrey hit it off pretty good this time.  Ava could not believe that Audrey was taller than her!  While Isla wouldn't join in the picture, she and True were friends by the end of the evening as well.  True asked if Audrey could come over again today… if only they didn't live so far away!  Maybe we will make a Springfield trip this summer!

 My internet was now working last night, so tonight I will post the pictures!  Lu couldn't wait for her own bath and jumped in to Ava's!  She was not happy because she went underwater!

Poor little soaking girl!  Maybe that will teach her not to try and climb in!
