Well... I've turned a corner... I'm ready to embrace the crockpot... I'm at that age... It was nice have dinner ready when we were ready to eat with minimal effort. As an added bonus, it was delicious!

Ava ate dinner so she got have a piece of candy (it is still from Halloween!). She picked a candy necklace.. She lasted about 10 seconds trying to string the candy, she was ready to eat!

BJ made a fire tonight and roasted marshmallows with the kids... True got a hold of a marshmallow and he loved it! Isn't it cute how he uses the wipe container for a seat? He stuffed that marshmallow in... as evidenced below!

Two thumb suckers...

Ava got pummeled, I mean loved on by True tonight... I love it when they play together. It's starting to happen more often, so nice to hear them laughing together! Also, True tripped and face planted the wall again... He has another bruise on his noggin again... Poor baby...

Also.. I have just 16 days in the classroom until Christmas break.. doesn't that seem crazy!? It goes by so quick (at least when you are in a grade you love!).

Happy Thanksgiving! This is what happens when you try to get all the kids together to take a picture! Chaos and a crying baby... This was right before poor baby Amelia fell over and knocked the side of her head... maybe next year!

True is slightly obsessed with stairs.. he felt like a big kid on these!

We had another Thanksgiving feast today with my dad's side of the family. Ava cashed out on the way home and stayed asleep on the couch for another 45 minutes after...

Tonight I'm thankful for leftovers from The Cheesecake Factory and a good book... I've been feeling a bit out of sorts lately... I don't feel like I've been doing a very good job in any area of my life and that really stinks. I've been letting every little thing upset me and bring me down... So.. excuse me while I go throw myself a pity party...

I'm thankful for a warm house and dry feet after running through a torrential downpour of to get to spin class. I was completely soaked and had squishy shoes for the entire class. Ahh.. dry feet!

I'm thankful for weekends with my family and friends. I'm thankful for some silly kids that were being sweet to each other tonight. I'm thankful that Ava needs to snuggle tonight because the wind is "making me not sleep." Ahh... time to snuggle. Good night!
