Today I am thankful for going to Purdue for a football game!  It was fun to be back on campus and to have Mad Mushroom.  Yum!  Also, you should ask my dad about the parking garage.. so funny..

November 13, Day 290

Today I am thankful for my trusty VCR.  Yes, I know the rest of the world has moved onto Tivo, but my VCR does the job and does it for free!  Tonight, I'll be catching up on some Grey's Anatomy, all thanks to my VCR.

Today  I am thankful for starting my Christmas shopping!  Every year, we all go together and have a lot of fun!

Today I am thankful for the kick boxing class that was held at my school.  I really miss going to the Fit Club, it was nice to exercise again!

I am thankful for my library card!  I am not sure what I would do without it!

I am thankful that my little girl loves to read more than just about anything else... (I am especially thankful that she is already reading up one of the best schools around, PURDUE!)

Tonight I am posting something Ava is thankful for... ELMO!  BJ's parents came and visited us this weekend and brought Elmo for Ava.  She has been obsessed with him lately - she has seen Elmo's World at my mom's house and then found Elmo in a toy catalog we got (she looks at it all the time).  So she was very excited to get him yesterday.  She cried this morning when I would not let her take Elmo into church - he had to stay in the car.  She shared her milk with him, covered him with her blankets, and made him do The Itsy Bitsy Spider with us.  He has been her constant companion.. what fun..
