 True got a Thomas back pack from his cousins yesterday.  He likes to wear it around the house.

 He also loves his little sister.  Every time her hand happens to touch him (which is often the result of him sticking his face an inch away from her) he gets very excited and says, "Her hand is touching me!"

 True is so cool.  I can't wait till he sees this when he is older.  Right now he really enjoys singing random things like, "monsters in the woods."  He will sing this one line over and over.  Most of his songs include monsters...

 We made Valentine's cookies to eat and share...

 Ava got a new outfit to wear to preschool and a wand.  True got more "monter trucks."

Lulu was one month old yesterday!  I didn't do the whole picture every month with the other two, but thought I would try it with her.  We'll see if I can remember every month!  Lulu doesn't do a whole lot yet except look around, sleep, and spit!

 So I had intended to try and post a picture a day again.. but I already missed a day.  By the time we get the kids in bed, I want to go to bed!  So I'm sure it will be hit or miss everyday.  This is a picture from Sunday.  True got a forklift from my dad that he played with the rest of the day.  Here it is lifting a box of kleenex.  He is obsessed with trucks.  My dad gives him a new one every Sunday at lunch.  He has quite an extensive collection of trucks!

 Yesterday we made some Valentines.  These kids love stickers!!

 Ava covered every surface possible with stickers!

Lulu went to the doctor for her 1 month check-up.  She is a chunk - weighed in at 9 lb 4 oz - she is in the 50th percentile!  I've never had this big of a baby!  She also had thrush and had to have her mouth painted purple.  She looked like a joker baby.  It has faded away some today thank goodness!

 And here is what has kept me busy for the last four weeks!

I tried to take their picture after church.. This was the best I could get!  Ava and True both like Lucia.  My dad called her Lucille today and True made sure to tell him, "No!  That Wucia Tate."  I love how all his c's and k's come out like t's.  Very cute.

 An update!  It has been very hard to get into picture taking and posting lately... so here is what we've been up to for the last few months!  Ava started pre-k.  Very bittersweet.  She loves it, I went on a field trip with her class today and it was so funny to see how she interacts with the other kids.

 Ava gets very perturbed when her brother touches her things.  True put on her fancy shoes and she was NOT happy about it.  Made me laugh.

 Yet another example of when True foils Ava's plans.  The fireplace is her stage and she did not want True dancing on it with her.  So she decided to pout while True broke it down with his guitar.

 True is still into monster trucks.  If I were more creative I would make him a monster truck costume for Halloween... He pretends to be a monster truck and makes all the noises and runs around the house.  It is pretty funny.

He also falls asleep in awkward positions and it is so cute to see him just fall asleep randomly.  Love him..

In other news, another 12 weeks till we meet #3!

 It has been a while!  School has started and we're back in the swing of things!  Ava and True love jumping on bubble wrap!

 Fun times in the tub...

Ava is really into cutting and gluing.. saw this cute idea on pinterest and made it with her.  She wrote Ava's house on it.. each square is a person - I am the green holding the orange (me holding True).  True has gotten a nasty cold and has a nose like a faucet today.. poor kid needs a haircut, I know!

School is going well - 27 students (17 girls!).. Ava starts pre-k in a few weeks, and True is into monster   trucks and all things boy..
